Nursery
Daisy International Nursery is a little home for our beloved children. At Daisy International Nursery, every day is an opportunity for your child to explore, imagine, and grow. Our classrooms are excitedly buzzing as we prepare to embark on a journey of discovery and friendship. Through games, stories, and hands-on activities, we aim to spark curiosity and creativity in every little heart.
Why are we called
DAISY
A daisy symbolizes innocence, purity, and new beginnings, our kindergarten embraces these qualities in everything we do. Here, your child will blossom and grow in a nurturing environment filled with laughter, creativity, and endless possibilities.
EYFS Curriculum
Daisy International Nursery proudly follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which places children at the heart of their learning journey. Through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and nurturing guidance, we aim to ignite curiosity, build confidence, and foster a love for learning in each child.
Communication and Language
Focuses on developing children's skills in listening, attention, and speaking. It involves encouraging children to express themselves effectively and to communicate and understand language.
Physical Development
Emphasizes the development of children's movement, handling of objects, and understanding of their own bodies. It includes both gross motor skills and fine motor skills.
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
Aims to support children in developing a positive sense of themselves and others. It includes helping children to form positive relationships, develop social skills, manage their feelings, and understand appropriate behavior.
Literacy
Focuses on developing children's skills in reading and writing. It includes activities that encourage children to link sounds and letters, develop their vocabulary and fluency in reading, and begin to write for different purposes.
Mathematics
Involves developing children's understanding of numbers, shapes, space, and measures. It includes activities that help children count, calculate, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
Understanding the World
Explores children's understanding of their environment, other people, and communities. It includes activities that encourage children to explore and investigate, observe changes, and develop an understanding of different cultures and beliefs.
Expressive Arts and Design
Focuses on children's creativity and imagination. It includes activities that encourage children to explore different media and materials, express themselves through art and design, and develop their appreciation of aesthetics and culture.
